Adjusting active vehicles

In this article, we explain how you can easily add active vehicles and increase or decrease your subscription limit.

​What's possible?

Thanks to a recent update, you can now easily change the number of active vehicles within your account.

In the vehicle overview you can easily add vehicles. During registration you indicated how many vehicles you want to plan routes with. You now have the option to add new vehicles or edit existing vehicles via the 'Vehicles' section in your account. Read more about getting started with RouteLogic here.

Previously, you chose the number of vehicles based on your active subscription. For example, if your subscription included 5 active vehicles, you could turn them on or off per day. Now you can add an unlimited number of vehicles to your fleet and deploy the number you need daily. Suppose your fleet consists of 20 vehicles, but you only drive 5 vehicles daily, you adjust the number of active vehicles to 5. This way you only need to purchase a subscription for 5 vehicles per month. Which vehicles you drive on which days is up to you.

Find out during your subscription that the number of active vehicles is not sufficient? No problem! As a planner, you can adjust the number of active vehicles in the vehicle overview by clicking on the plus or minus sign.

Choose the number of vehicles you want to increase or decrease daily and then click on the 'BUY NOW' button.
